- Low Season: $30 per night for each additional adult or child
- High Season: $50 per night for each additional adult and $30 per night for each additional child
- Children under the age of 3 years not requiring a bed are free of charge
- The rates provide for exclusive use of the self contained house, private grounds and BBQ
- Rates are subject to availability, change and confirmation at time of booking (rates for dates that include public and school holidays may vary)
- Minimum Stay 2 nights in high season (Nov - March). Shorter stays by negotiation at other times based on availability between existing bookings
- Additional day visitors by negotiation
Smoking - not permitted anywhere on the property due to fire risk.
Pets - No Pets permitted.
Payment - Credit Card details required as confirmation of booking.
Cancellation Policy - You may be charged for your stay if you do not give 48 hours notice of cancellation and if Flax Haven is unable to be re let after late cancellation.
Access - After 2pm day of arrival, Departure - by 10am. Negotiable if other parties not arriving/leaving the same day.
